Using our experience from construction sites worldwide, we have developed optimised Shipping Container configurations with a focus on personnel flow, utility connections and space utilisation. All of our modular furniture layouts adapt perfectly into premium quality insulated Strut Channel Panel containers.
The submerged Strut Channel allows for shelves to be bolted directly to the walls (weld-free and drill-free) with ample space for standard racking systems.
Fully flexible layouts to suit the needs of the individual company - incorporating robust workbenches, spares cabinets, storage drawers and tool racks.
High quality full perimeter insulation provides a safe and cosy home for sensitive electrical modules, processing equipment, or energy storage units.
Locker and drying room with space for 12+ workers including all PPE and personal items.
Combined locker room and welfare block with flexible quantity and type of cubicles (shower/toilet/changing).
Easy to maintain toilet, shower or changing cubicles with a range of internal sizes to suit all personnel needs.
Up to 4 workstations with under desk filing cabinets and above desk cupboards (white powder coated steel - so doubles up as a magnetic whiteboard surface).
Large central table for meetings and training or for overflow from other units (e.g. office/canteen) – can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons.
3 tables and bench seating fixed along one side wall - can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons.
With all 4 cargo doors open, up to 10m2 of natural light flows into our tunnel containers negating the need to cut windows in the side walls. Recommended access is at the rear end with all services connected at the opposite front end(reducing potential personnel interference).
Simply unhook any power, water, and waste connections, close all 4 external cargo doors and your container is now safe and secure for road, train, or sea transportation (original factory CSC plate remains valid as no structural cut-outs have been made).
